July 14th, the event kicks off at 2pm.
$10 gets you in and proceeds go to provide scholarships to local high school students.

We created the #HUGLIKECODY memorial and hold an annual benefit in honor of Cody. When we decided to do this, we were going to try to raise enough to help a local student with a scholarship for college. We thought if we raised $500.00 it would help someone with books etc. We held our first in July of 2016, the response was overwhelmingly fantastic! We raised $10,000.00!! With this we were able to give 4-$2500.00 scholarships to Washington Community High School students. Our second year was in July of 2017. Again, with amazing love and support, we were able to raise $15,000.00. With this we gave $5,000.00 to Make a Wish, and in May we will be giving 4-$2500.00 scholarships to local students again!! Cody would be so proud, and it makes our hearts full, spreading kindness in his memory.
