Opened in 1971, Donnelly’s has become a Peoria institution. With old-world Irish pub charm and the hospitality of a family-owned establishment, Donnelly’s is your home away from home. Pull up to our solid oak bar for a Guinness with friends to watch a soccer game, or bring the kids in for a homemade meal. When the nice weather rolls in, take a step out to our beer garden to relax in the fresh air by the fountain and flowers with a cold drink.

At Donnelly’s Irish Pub, we stay true to our roots, offering a range of traditional Irish fare, including fish and chips and shepherd’s pie. Our menu also features a number of other pub favorites, including hand-cut rib-eye steak! In keeping with the family feel, we make all soups and sauces from scratch daily!

Donnelly’s Irish Pub has been serving up satisfying, homemade food since 1971. Opened by husband and wife team, Terry and Molly Donnelly, these days the pub is operated by their son Ryan Donnelly. After growing up in the business, Ryan wanted to continue the family tradition of Irish food, drink, and good company.

Patrons young and old can find themselves at home in Donnelly’s Irish Pub, between the rustic, classic atmosphere and big screen TVs for the big game. And everyone can find something to love on the menu! From steaks to sandwiches to traditional fish and chips, there’s something sure to please your palate.

Sidle up to our solid oak bar and try one of more than 100 craft beers! We have 14 taps, imports and bottles, and even fresh cask ale on an English beer engine. Though we love our beer, we also feature central Illinois’ largest selection of dark spirits, including Irish Whiskey, Single Malt Scotch, and American Bourbons.
